Predators in the Sea
Some of the main ocean predators in the northern part of the Pacific Ocean could lose as much as 35 percent of their habitat. Eleven Scientists from Canada and America tracked 4300 animals and looked at how the temperature can affect their habitat. Some of the habitats can move up to 600 miles while others won't move at all. Blue whales and loggerhead turtles already have to travel pretty far to get some food. Then there's some other species that won't have any problems because they will be able to adjust more easily.

Will the iPhone 5 sell?
In the last couple weeks, Nokia, Samsung and Motorola all released new smartphones. The question people are wondering is if the new iPhone will sell or not because of the high competition just released. People love the iPhone's because Apple makes it easy to do many tasks at once but that also drains the battery life majorly. The battery life of the three that just released had major battery improvements and that's what people like. Apple also plans on moving away from the colors of black and white and on to something different but we aren't sure what. There is some tough competition for the iPhone on this time around.

WWII Vet. Defends Home
A 92 year old farmer and WWII veteran was in his home, in Kentucky, while he heard a noise come from the basement. He grabbed his .22-caliber rifle with no fear and waited in a chair at the top of the stairs leading to the basement. He said he claims he aimed for the heart and shot and killed the 24 year old Lloyd "Adam" Maxwell. The Kentucky law on using some type of physical force is that if they believe it is needed then they have the right to. The Boone County is also charging two other individuals with burglary and tampering with evidence for moving some of the evidence around at the scene. They say that investigations are still under way.
