Bomb Threat

There was a man at Texas A&M that made a bomb threat. Of course he was just kidding and is now being charged with false bomb threat. There is also another instance at a different university that is now being investigated because of this. The young lady is under arrest for being a person of interest and supposedly in a relationship in the guy that made the bomb threat. After the bomb threats were made both of the suspects were arrested just hours later. The best part is that the threats were made by email so it made it easy to find out who it was.

$1.6 Million in Chips

In Las Vegas a man allegedly stole some chips worth $1.6 million. They say he took the chips around 6:00 am. He didn't use any weapons or anything like that and he didn't run into any witnesses or security guards either. The casino's security cameras captured everything . the man's name in Akingide Cole, 31 years old. Now he is wanted on grand larceny, burglary and possession of burglary tools. They say that the suspect cashing the chips in are very slim and that the chips would just circulate around some top players. Casino's also have different sets of chips so if he uses the chips he would stand out and be caught.

Same Thing but Not?

Samsung  is coming out with a Galaxy S III mini. The phones will be exactly the same except for the size of the phone. The mini will have a 4 inch display mainly to come to the iPhone 5 size. The screen resolution will be worse going from 1280 x 720 pixel to 800 x 480 pixels. The device will also have a worse battery life and is much slower than the original Galaxy S III. They basically made a complete different device but the same thing with the same name just so they could bring in some sales. They brought this in because of the holidays coming up and people will want a smaller device because it is much more convenient.

The Champ Dies

Down near Miami, Florida there was a roach eating contest and Edward Archbold ended up winning the contest and winning a python but losing his life. He downed a couple dozen roaches and worms in order to win. After he won he collapsed in the store and was then taken to the hospital where they pronounced him dead. "Unless the roaches were contaminated with some bacteria or other pathogens, I don't think that cockroaches would be unsafe to eat," said Michael Adams, professor of entomology at the University of California at Riverside. No other contestants got ill after the contest but it is known for people to have reactions to the roaches. The prize has been put aside in his name and was given to  his estate.
